In-stock pieces are typically dispatched within around 3 working days. US orders then take 5-7 working days to arrive. Custom commissions are made to order and can take a little longer depending on the brief.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. UK shipping is free on every order. For US orders, tariffs and duties are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery, and delivery takes 5-7 working days after dispatch. Delivery times to other countries vary by destination.
What are your pieces made from?
Pieces are hand cast and finished in professional materials such as latex, silicone, foam and resin, chosen to suit each individual design.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. Most pieces can be customised, and full bespoke commissions are welcome. Send your idea through the contact page for a quote.
How do I look after my piece?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and heat, store it flat or on a head form, and clean it gently. Each piece is hand made, so a little care keeps it looking its best.
