These terms govern your use of devilsdreamworld.com and any purchase from Devil’s Dreamworld. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Ordering

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or priced incorrectly), in which case we’ll refund any payment taken.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We work to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct errors.

Handmade and made-to-order items

Our pieces are handmade, so slight variations in colour, finish, and texture are normal and part of their character. Made-to-order and custom items have lead times (typically 1–2 weeks, longer for complex commissions); estimated timescales are guidance, not guarantees.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, with free UK shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Devil’s Dreamworld and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Liability

Our products are decorative and costume items; you are responsible for using them safely and appropriately. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for misuse. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
